An accessible UAV frame leaves room for wiring, connector insertion and component replacement. These spaces should be reviewed alongside the plate geometry, not improvised after the frame is made.
Lay out the service operations
Show where cables enter and leave the frame and which connectors need access. Mark the battery removal route and the parts that must remain installed during servicing. If a plate is mounted above another, include the available space between them in the assembly drawing.
Review openings as part of the design
Give slots and access openings their own dimensions and locations. Do not assume that an extra cut-out can be added without further review. Keep the assembly instructions aligned with the released plate drawings so later technicians can identify the intended route and fixing positions.

A service technician can reach a fixing screw only after removing the upper plate and unplugging two connectors. If that sequence is unintended, revise the access arrangement during the sample review and include the agreed procedure in the assembly record.
