Una scheda tecnica del materiale e un componente aeronautico omologato sono due cose diverse. Quando si parla di impiego nel settore aerospaziale, è opportuno identificare le specifiche del componente, il processo qualificato e la documentazione di collaudo, piuttosto che fare affidamento sulla semplice espressione “grado aerospaziale”.

Ask what the claim actually covers

A fibre designation may describe the reinforcement, while a process specification describes how a laminate is made. Neither alone identifies the finished part’s approved application. Request the document number, revision and scope behind each qualification statement.

Keep changes under the design authority

FAA composite-structure guidance distinguishes material and process qualification from structural substantiation. Substitution should therefore be reviewed through the applicable approval process. A general carbon fiber supplier page is not evidence of aircraft certification, and this article does not claim Litian Yunde holds an aerospace approval.

Scenario di esempio

A quotation cites a fibre manufacturer’s datasheet as evidence of aerospace suitability. Ask which finished-part and process requirements the quotation actually covers. Retain the datasheet as material information without converting it into a claim that the proposed part is approved.
