检查和测试

验收抽样需要明确的批次、指定的特性以及商定的判定方案。对于碳纤维货物，在选取样本之前应先界定总体。仅检查手头方便的一小批零件并不等同于统计验收方案，且首件检验结果本身并不意味着后续所有批次均可被接受。.

坐标文件需要提供足够的上下文信息，才能准确还原其含义。在比较碳纤维检测数据之前，应就单位、原点、坐标轴方向、特征名称和文件格式达成一致。如果缺少这些信息，即使原始测量数据记录正确，一列数字也可能被误读。.

进货的碳纤维零部件在投入装配前，应明确其收货状态。需核对货件信息，将待检或待处理的物品单独分拣，并记录哪些人员有权放行。仅凭送货单或外观整洁的包装，并不能证明已满足订单要求。.

复合材料试验试样为所记录的试样和试验条件提供了依据。它并不意味着由名称相似的碳纤维制成的每个成品部件都自动符合要求。应将试验报告与材料、铺层、工艺、几何形状以及正在评估的要求联系起来。.

试生产批次报告应将每个发现的问题与具体的部件、特征及处理结果对应起来。应将初次检验结果与返工后的结果分开记录。否则，该批次可能会被视为完全合格，而用于改进批量生产所需的信息却因此丢失。.

检测夹具只能验证其设计用于评估的特征和条件。在将其用于验收碳纤维零件之前，应先明确定位点、接触规则以及合格/不合格标准。能够被强行装入夹具的零件，并不一定意味着其已通过了有意义的装配检查。.

A first-article inspection record should show which identified part was checked, against which drawing revision, by which agreed methods and with what results.

For a robot component, an inspection report is most useful when it identifies the mounting features and clearances that affect the assembly. A photograph of an attractive surface cannot substitute for these checks.

A test or inspection result is useful only when it can be linked to the material, part and configuration being supplied. A report with impressive values but no identifiable scope is difficult to use for acceptance.

A useful vehicle-panel fit report records the platform, attachment configuration and specific observations. A single photograph of a fitted panel rarely explains what was checked.

A test result describes a particular specimen or component under stated conditions. Before using it in an aircraft-related enquiry, establish exactly what was tested and whether it matches the proposed supply.

Visual inspection can document appearance and visible workmanship, but it does not establish every internal or mechanical characteristic of a composite part. Define what each inspection method is intended to check.
