Carbon Fiber Rear Spoiler — main product reference

Carbon Fiber Automotive Prototypes: Set a Useful Sample Review

Carbon fiber rear spoiler reference.

A prototype review should answer specific questions about the proposed automotive part. Decide those questions before ordering the sample so the result leads to a clear next action.

Choose the purpose of the prototype

Identify whether the sample is intended to check shape, installation, appearance or another agreed requirement. State which production features it represents and which it does not. A quick appearance model and a production-representative sample should not be described as equivalent.

Record the decision and remaining work

Photograph the installed sample where appropriate and link each observation to the drawing. List approved features and changes needed for the next revision. Keep sample approval tied to its purpose; a fit sample is not evidence that structural, durability or complete-vehicle requirements have been met.

Example scenario

A prototype is made only to check the outer contour and uses temporary mounting features. Record that limitation in the review. An accepted contour should not be carried forward as approval of the final fixing arrangement.
