Sample review and acceptance
Agree fit, finish and supplied accessories before sample review. Intended-use verification belongs to the actual configuration, including any lining, hardware or equipment added to the component.
Separate sample and production quantities, identify the governing drawing revision, and list the inspection records you need. If a feature is not yet defined, mark it for discussion before quotation.
