Describe a specific component
Provide the part number, drawing revision, supplied hardware and intended assembly boundary. State whether the request is for a development sample or repeat production. Separate dimensional and appearance requirements from any end-system qualification managed by the customer.
Turn compliance requests into identifiable documents
If a programme requires a particular certificate, report or inspection record, name the document and its applicable scope.
