碳纤维机器人连杆:定义刚度和质量要求

Editorial scope guide. The points are also available as readable text below.

A robot-link brief should describe the geometry and the required behaviour separately. Asking for a light carbon fiber tube does not specify how the installed link must position or support the attached equipment.

Provide the system-level requirements

Show the link length, end interfaces and attached assemblies. Ask the responsible designer to define the relevant loading, allowable movement and validation requirements. These should be explicit project inputs, not values inferred from the visible weave or copied from another robot.

Review the end connections with the link

Include brackets, inserts and other connecting hardware in the configuration under review. Record the mass boundary and the method used to evaluate the assembled link. A tube sample can demonstrate manufacture and fit; it does not by itself establish robot accuracy, payload or cycle performance.

Example scenario

A link tube is weighed without its end fittings, while the robot model includes them. Align the mass boundary and review the end connections with the tube. The supplied assembly, rather than the bare tube, is the appropriate configuration for the integration review.
