A carbon fiber probe holder is one part of a measurement setup. A repeatability claim needs to identify the probe, holder, mounting arrangement and repeated operation. It cannot be established from the holder material or from a single dimensional inspection.

A vision-system bridge positions a camera or sensor relative to the object being inspected. Specify that relationship through the mounts, supports and operating movement. A light carbon fiber bridge is useful only if the complete arrangement meets the application’s positioning requirements.

A sensor housing can experience moisture internally even when an external opening appears well protected. The enclosure, seals, internal components and operating environment need a coordinated review. Supplying a carbon fiber shell does not automatically include environmental qualification of the assembled sensor.

A calibration target mounted on a carbon fiber carrier is an assembly. The target pattern, its substrate, attachment and support condition all belong in the definition. A flat carrier inspection alone does not establish the accuracy of the complete calibration artifact.

A carbon fiber support can carry a vacuum-gripper assembly without being the vacuum manifold or sealing surface. Define what the proposed component actually supplies. The structural frame, suction devices, tubing and vacuum controls perform different jobs.

A robot gripper finger has at least two interfaces: the connection to the actuator and the contact with the handled item. A carbon fiber finger enquiry should define both. If the contact pad is replaceable, describe that pad and its replacement condition separately from the supporting finger.
