A humidity indicator, an impact indicator and a multi-condition logger do not provide the same evidence. If monitoring devices are included in a carbon fiber shipment, identify the device and its configured scope. A label on a carton is not a complete inspection of the parts inside.
Match the device to the question
SpotSee distinguishes impact indicators from recorders that monitor additional conditions. Record the selected model and the applicable settings or threshold information. Do not copy a generic trigger level into the shipment plan without a basis for the actual goods and packaging.
Record placement and receipt condition
Keep the package identity, device position and relevant activation or setup record. At receipt, preserve the observed device state and any available data before disposing of packaging. A missing device record cannot be reconstructed from the presence of a warning label alone.
Agree what happens after an indication
Specify who reviews a triggered indication and what inspection or hold follows under the receiving procedure. A trigger does not by itself prove that a composite part is damaged, and an untriggered indicator does not prove every part requirement was met. Preserve both the transport observation and the resulting part-review evidence without merging them into a single pass or fail assumption.

For the project review: device model and monitored condition; applicable settings and package identity; placement and observed receipt state; agreed review and part-inspection response.
