Когда поставщик упоминает об опыте работы в аэрокосмической отрасли, уточните, к какой именно задокументированной деятельности и какому объему работ относится это утверждение. Опыт, сертификат системы управления и одобрение конкретной детали — это не одно и то же.

Request identifiable evidence

Check the legal entity, site and scope named on the relevant documents. Ask whether the cited work concerns raw material, tooling, prototype manufacture or approved production. Avoid treating a customer logo or an aircraft photograph as proof that the proposed part falls within an approval.

Match the evidence to the enquiry

Give the supplier the actual part and documentation requirements and ask for a written confirmation of supplied scope. Any gap should be visible before an order is released. This is a procurement review, not a declaration that Litian Yunde is an approved aircraft-part supplier.

Example scenario

A document names one supplier site while the quotation identifies production at another. Ask whether the required activity and proposed site are covered by the relevant evidence. Keep the location mismatch open until it is resolved in writing.
